TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Information on how to enter the Competition forms part of these terms and conditions of entry. Participation in this Promotion is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions of entry.
There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this Promotion.
The prize consists of one Milwaukee kit valued at $3,000 to be given by Milwaukee (“Prize”). The details of the Prize are specified at the bottom of these Terms and Conditions.
The winner will have 1 week from the date the Promotion ends to redeem the Prize. If a Prize is not claimed within this period then it will be regarded as unclaimed and will be deemed to have been forfeited and a redraw (via random electronic draw) will be held to determine a new winner at 9:00am on 8 July 2024.
The Promotion commences at 9:00am on 21/05/2024 and concludes at 4:59pm on 30/06/2024.
The promoter of this Competition is Arthur J. Gallagher & Co (AUS) Limited ABN 34 005 543 920 (AFSL 238312) (‘Promoter’). IMAR is a business name of the Promoter and where we have referenced “Promoter” in these terms and conditions, this shall include IMAR.

Officers, employees and immediate families of officers and employees of the Promoter or Milwaukee friends or immediate family of IMAR’s Brand Manager, the associated companies and contractors of the Promoter and any other agencies associated with this Promotion are ineligible to enter.
The Promotion is only open to residents of Australia in all states and territories.
The Promotion is open to persons 18 Years and over. The Promoter may require the winner to provide proof of identity, proof of age and proof of residency. Identification considered suitable for verification is at the Promoter’s discretion.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are not received for whatever reason.
Number of entries: One entry per person for new quotes.
There will only be one opportunity for existing IMAR customers to win.
Incomplete and ineligible entries will be deemed invalid. Entries will also be deemed invalid if they breach these terms and conditions as determined by the Promoter in its sole discretion. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entry that breaches these terms and conditions.
As the Promotion is a game of chance, and subject otherwise to these terms and conditions, skill plays no part in determining the winning entrant and each valid entry has an equal chance of winning.
The Prize is as stated and is not redeemable for cash, nor will other alternatives will be offered. The Prize is not transferable. We reserve the right to substitute the Prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
The Promoter collects personal information from all entrants in order to conduct the Promotion and may, for this purpose, collect, use and disclose such information to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers, Prize suppliers and as required, to regulatory authorities. The Promoter may also collect and use the personal information from entrants for the purpose of sending entrants marketing and promotional communications regarding the Promoter’s goods and services. Please see the Promoter’s Privacy Policy (see below) for more information about how the Promoter collects, stores, uses and discloses personal information, including details about overseas disclosure, access, correction, how entrants can make a privacy-related complaint and the Promoter’s complaint-handling process. By providing personal information to the Promoter, the entrant agrees to the collection, use, storage and disclosure of that information as described in this clause 17 and the Promoter’s Privacy Policy found at www.ajg.com/au/privacy-policy
How to enter: Existing IMAR customers holding a valid policy as at 4:59pm on 30/06/2024 will automatically be put in the draw to win the Prize. Note: to see the live draw follow IMAR on its Social Media channels @imarAust
The winner of the Promotion will be randomly selected from the entrants and determined by electronic random draw. The draw will take place at 11:00am on 02/07/2024 at the IMAR office, Level 4, 289 Wellington Parade, East Melbourne, 3002 or in an alternative location with 2 Gallagher employees to witness draw. The Promoter reserves the right to review additional reserve entries and record them in order, in case an invalid entry or an ineligible entrant is first determined as the winner.
The Promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
The winner of the Prize will be notified by email or telephone and may be announced on Social Media channels. The name and photo of the winner may be published on the IMAR’s / Milwaukee social media sites and IMAR’s / Milwaukee website or newsletters.
If the winner is not reachable on the contact details provided or does not contact IMAR back by 4:59pm on 09/07/2024 or is otherwise deemed to be ineligible, then the Prize will be forfeited and a new winner will be determined by a redraw at 11:00am on 10/07/2024. Once the winner has contacted IMAR to secure the Prize, the Prize will be sent to the winner via email. Failure to contact IMAR within this time will result in the Prize being forfeited and redrawn, subject to any approval or directions of a relevant regulatory authority. The Promoter may communicate, advertise or run this competition using Facebook, Instagram Twitter, LinkedIn, Kayo and YouTube. However, the competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Kayo and YouTube. You provide your information to the Promoter and not to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Kayo and YouTube.
The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever, which is suffered (including, but not limited to, indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury which is suffered or sustained, in connection with the Prize, except for liability which cannot be excluded by laws.
All entries become the property of the Promoter. By entering into the Promotion, each entrant agrees that the Promoter may use the entrant’s names and entry for any commercial purpose, including future promotional marketing and publicity purposes.

By entering the Competition, an entrant releases and indemnifies the Promoter, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Kayo and YouTube (including its officers, employees and agents) from and against all actions, liabilities, penalties, claims or demands the entrant may have against the Promoter, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Kayo and YouTube or that the Promoter, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Kayo and YouTube may incur for any loss or damage which is or may be suffered or sustained as a direct or indirect result of an entrant entering or participating in the Competition or winning or failing to win the Prize, or using or permitting any other person to use the Prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law or which would cause any part of this clause to be void or unenforceable.
